    Just bought a kit but have not tried it yet. Indeed prices are steep here in the Netherlands too. This kit goes for $25 (€17.20) in the states and €49.99 here in NL but overal I’m pleased with the quality of meguiars. (NXT Wax2.0)

    @ravensynxiii so ..u gona clay ur car everytime u wax ? clay is used for other reasons not to remove wax ..wax cleaner or just soap just like he said

    @12danny21 thanks for the kind words! Well the answer is yes and no….if you apply ONLY to your paint to remove old carnauba wax, well then yes its no problem. The real problem is that washing this way will dry out your trim, windshield wipers etc etc…. plus there is no need to do this with a synthetic wax such as tech wax 2.0, ultimate liquid/paste wax. Applying protection is to protect…if your using a synthetic wax/sealant, there is no need to do this. PH car soap is used to wash.

    hey meguiar, i have a question. some people say they wash their car with dish soap. although they know its very harsh on the car, but they justify it with the reason of “taking off the old wax” so they dont layer up on old wax with new wax. though i dont do this i was just wondering if this method is somewhat correct. thanks. love the product. planning to replace my empty bottles for a whole new line of meguiar products. keep up the good work.
